Terms these arrests as ‘worst oppression’

Srinagar, Dec 21 (KNS): Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik on Wednesday condemned the arrest of party’s vice chairman; Muhammad Afzal and senior activist Muhammad Afzal Mir.
In a statement issued to KNS, Malik said that “oppression unleashed against political leaders and activists in condemnable.”
The statement reads that Muhammad Afzal and Muhammad Afzal Mir who have been arrested by police were lodged at police station Trehgam Kupwara.
Meanwhile, JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt along with Zonal leader, Farooq Ahmad Dar and district president Rafiq Ahmad War visited the residence of incarcerated Muhammad Jamal Dar whose mother died recently.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Delegation prayed for the heavenly abode of the deceased mother.
The delegation then visited the residence of district president Jamat-I-Islamic, Ghulam Ahmad whose son Masood Ahmad died recently.
Delegation paid tributes to the deceased and prayed for his heavenly abode.
JKLF has also strongly condemned the arrest of Shakeel Ahmad Dar of Thkroo Shupion and termed his arrest as ‘worst oppression’. (KNS)
