Srinagar, Sep 09 (KNS): Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik who was arrested last late night has been shifted to central jail Srinagar till Sep 11, Spokesman said.
According to the statement issued to KNS, spokesman said that to stop JRL leaders from travelling to Delhi as per program, Malik was initially arrested on Sep 7and sent to central jail on a five day remand but yesterday on Sep 8, police itself went to central jail and released him from custody.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Police within some hours again changed its mind and raided the residence of JKLF chairman at 12:30 A.M (night), and arrested him. He was immediately shifted to police station Kothi Bahg from where he has been now shifted to central jail Srinagar on a judicial remand till Sep 11,” he said. (KNS)
