JKLF Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik was Wednesday arrested along with other JKLF leaders when he was going towards pulwama to express condolences to the bereaved families of innocent youth Bilal Ahmad Butt S/o Abdul Ahad Butt of Padgampora and two other martyrs Shaheed Irshad Ahmad and Shaheed Gulzar Ahmad.
According to a statement issued to KNS, Yasin Malik along with other JKLF leaders started their journey towards Pulwama early in the morning and as they reached near Panta chowk ,police and forces who had laid siege at the roads leading towards Pulwama stopped them .Police on the occasion arrested Yasin Malik along with other JKLF leaders Muhammad Yasin Butt, Skeikh Khalid Mubarak and Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri. Condemning the arrest of Yasin Malik and others, a JKLF spokesman said that imposing restrictions on peaceful political activities ,choking every little space on peaceful struggle ,arrests and tortures have become the order of the day. He said that even going somewhere to express condolences has been banned . he said that firing bullets directly on peaceful protesters and killing innocents in cold blood is a common practice of Indian forces and they do these barbaric acts as they have no fear of being penalized . he said today another innocent Kashmiri has fallen to the bullets of these trigger happy Indian soldiers . he said that killing of Bilal Ahmad of Padgampora has yet again proved that Indian forces are here only to kill. While paying rich tributes to Shaheed Bilal Ahmad, Shaheed Irshad Ahmad and Shaheed Gulzar Ahmad, JKLF spokesman said that the sacred blood of these gallantary martyrs will not go waste . he said that nation of Kashmir is in debt to these martyrs who are sacrificing their lives for the freedom of this nation.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMeanwhile JKLF district president Pulwama Javed Ahmad Butt visited the residences of all three martyrs and participated in their funeral prayers.
Meanwhile Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation (JKLF) Mohammad Yasin Malik has paid rich tributes to the innocent martyrs of 2010 namely Shaheed Syed Farukh Bukhrari (Kreeri Patan), Shaheed Fida Nabi (Shalteng) and Shaheed Irfan Bashir of Seer Sopore. A delegation of JKLF comprising of zonal president Noor Mohammad Kalwal ,zonal senior vice president Mohammad Yasin Bhat, deputy chief organizer Mir Siraj ud Din and District president Barmullah Abdul Rashid Magloo etc visited Kreeri Pattan and participated in a condolence meeting held in connection with the martyrdom day of Shaheed Farukh Bukhari . Leaders while paying rich tributes to the martyrs Farukh Bukhari and others said that these innocent martyrs were brutalized by Indian forces during a peaceful struggle. Leaders said that Shaheed Farukh Bukhari was martyred in custody in 2010 and his father Syed Bashir Bukhari is languishing in jail from last many years. Leaders said that the brutal oppression of India and its stooges is still continuing as even today innocent and peaceful youth are being subjected to worst kind of state oppression. Speakers said that in the name of 15th August, Youth especially ex-militants etc are being put behind bars and their life has been made miserable. Speakers while condemning this brutal attitude of India and its Kashmir stooges, prayed for the heavenly abode of Shaheed Syed Farukh Bukhari and others. (KNS)
