Srinagar, Feb 08 (KNS): Reacting to Government of India’s announcement that there was no proposal for setting up separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Wednesday asked the government of India to make its policy clear regarding setting up these colonies once for all.
”The coalition partners speak in different language. It is the history of mainstream politicians that they say one thing in Kashmir and another in Delhi,” Mirwaiz told KNS.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“We have made our stand clear that no separate Pandit or Sainik colonies are acceptable to the people of J&K. Government of India should make its stand clear on Pandit and Sainik colonies and also the issue of West Pakistan Refugees (WPRs) once for all,” he said.
The Hurriyat (M) chairman said they will wait and watch the situation. (KNS)
