Srinagar, Aug 03 (KNS): Incarcerated chairman Democratic Freedom Party Shabir Ahmad Shah while reacting on the assertions and made by the United Nations said if they (UN) are monitoring the situation of Kashmir still Indian forces are violating all human rights and in the past 69 years Indian forces have made Jammu and Kashmir slaughter house.
In a statement issued to KNS, Shah expressed satisfaction that If the spokesperson of UN chief admits that Bann Ki Moon is himself monitoring the Kashmir situation and asking for both the countries to find solution to the issue.
Shah said, the fact remain evident that both the countries have fought three wars over the disputed territory because United Nations didn’t implement resolutions passed by them to give right of self determination to people of Jammu and Kashmir.
While calling upon the members and representatives of United Nations Shah said that Kashmir is not an border issue but this disputed territory needs tripartite talks and to solve this issue UN has to take steps in resolving like they take in East Taimor, South Sudan and Krushia.
DFP chairman said, UN is responsible of our human rights and in this regard UN has to come forward make negotiations between three parties to find long lasting solution to this disputed Nation.
While highlighting the atrocities made by occupational forces, Shah said, India is using lethal weapons to kill innocent Kashmiris and are ignoring UN observations and guidelines.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe appealed members of United Nations especially Baan Ki Moon to make use of post and to play vital role in stopping human right violations instead of giving only statements.
While declaring good omen resolutions made by the Parliament of Pakistan regarding the ongoing freedom struggle Shah said, Pakistan has made its diplomatic channels active and should involve all its allies to highlight the plight of Kashmiris and to find solution to the issue.
Shah has paid respect to the youth of Kashmir who are taking this resistance forward and they should continue this movement till the dawn of freedom is sighted. He appealed bureaucrats, doctors, engineers, employees, businessmen, transporters, labours and students to carry forward the ongoing movement which has seen innocent bloodshed.
Meanwhile, spokesperson has received information from various areas about damaging ambulances and urged pro-freedom youth to make it sure health services and employees of medicals services are nor barred are harmed at this juncture.
Spokesperson has expressed grief and sorrow over the Lethpora incident where PSO og ADC Ramban has fired upon civilians which resulted into killing of youth namely Farooq Ahmad Kuchay and three others critically injured. He has also extended sympathy to the bereaved family. (KNS)
