Srinagar, August 25 (KNS) :  Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has expressed his heart-felt condolences on the demise of Smt. Mukhrani Devi, mother of Sh. Nitishwar Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Lt Governor.
