LoP Sunil Sharma visits shelling affected areas in Rajouri holds meeting, discusses key matters

Poonch May 19 (KNS): Leader of the Opposition in the J-&-K Legislative Assembly, Sunil Sharma, met more than senior citizens at Dak Bungalow, Poonch, and promised immediate assistance including essential supplies and infrastructure supportfor families affected by recent Pakistani shelling along the Line of Control.

Reports reaching to Kashmir News Service (KNS), said that in a continuation outreach to shelling affected border areas, Sharma visited various areas in Poonch, where he met shelling affected victims.

He was accompanied by the BJP National Secretary and MLA Dr Narinder Singh, J&K BJP Vice President and MLA Sham Lal Sharma, J&K BJP General Secretary Adv. Vibodh Gupta and MLA Adv. Ranbir Singh Pathania and District President Dev Raj Sharma.

Pertinently, Sharma has been visiting the shelling affected villages for the last three consecutive days and interacting with the affected families. Several houses were damaged due to shelling by Pakistan while many people also lost their lives as well.(KNS)
