Kupwara, Aug 15 (KNS): Fazi Begum(90), mother of Haji Bashir Ahmad Lone and Haji Abdul Rashid, has left for heavenly abode on Monday afternoon.
A close relative of the deceased said that Begum was not keeping well for a considerable period of time now and eventually breathed her last around 2 PM at her home.
The funeral prayers (Namaz-e-Janaza) to the departed soul would be held at her native village in Lalpora at 6:00 PM sharp.
Meanwhile Kashmir news service (KNS), editor in chief Mohammad Aslam Bhat was shocked with her death and expressed his condolence to bereaved family.
"My deepest condolences to the bereaved family. May Almighty Allah grant peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear this very big loss," he said.(KNS)
