Srinagar, Apr 04 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will declare the list of candidate for Lok Sabha constituencies for Kashmir division in couple of days, top PDP leader informed KNS.
They said that PDP’s top brass is engaged in talks with all party leaders and grassroots level workers about names of credible players who will be fielded in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from Kashmir division.
“Discussions are underway and feedback is being received from grassroots level to ascertain the situation and demand of the people,” sources said and added, “The decision will be finalized in couple of days and will be shared to media accordingly”.
It is worthwhile to mention that PDP President Mehbooba Mufti had announced that the party will contest Lok Sabha elections from all seats of Jammu and Kashmir, putting lid to the speculations that political parties including NC and Congress may form a pre-poll alliance in the region to give tough fight to BJP and its proxies.
