Handwara, Apr 22 (KNS): As many as 100 cases of various natures were taken up, out of which various cases were settled amicably during the Lok Adalat which held at CJM court Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara District on Sunday.
During the Lok Adalat, cases pertaining to Negotiable Instrument Act under section 138, Bank recovery cases, Electricity & Water Bills Land acquisition cases, Revenue cases Matrimonial, Rent, Injunction & specific performance suits and cases of pre-litigation were taken up for their amicable settlement.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The Lok Adalat at CJM Court Complex Handwara was held under the Chairmanship of Chief Judicial Magistrate Handwara Mohd Ashraf, Executive Engineer PDD Handwara and lawyers were present on the occasion. (KNS)
