Sopore, Oct 24 (KNS): Residents and commuters in north Kashmir's Sopore have praised the police for managing traffic efficiently following the closure of the Bypass Bridge for repairs, saying the measures have helped ease congestion and reduce inconvenience to the public.
Police personnel have been deployed at various locations across the town since Thursday evening to regulate vehicular movement and ensure smooth traffic flow after the administration ordered the closure of the bridge for repair work.
The closure had led to traffic diversions and increased pressure on alternative routes, prompting police to step up traffic management efforts.
