Srinagar, Mar 24 (KNS): The residents of Daan Mohalla of Brein Nishat are up in arms against the Lakes and Waterways Development Authorities (LAWDA) for “failing to redress their genuine grievance”.
A delegation comprising of locals told KNS that a local want to grab the sole public convenience in the area. However despite several pleads, no action is being taken against the person involved in it.

He said that they are facing tremendous hardships due to such kind of happenings. “We appeal Vice-chairman LAWDA, Sarmad Hafeez to look into the sufferings of the residents and to redress the genuine grievances at earliest,” he said.
VC LAWDA, Sarmad Hafeez told KNS that he has asked Deputy Superintendent of Police to look into the matter and redress the problems. “All the genuine grievances will be redressed soon,” Hafeez said. (KNS)
