Srinagar, Apr 3 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha directed a thorough and impartial magisterial inquiry into the encounter at Arhama in Ganderbal district, which led to the death of Raashid Ahmad Mughal.
In a tweet, Sinha said the inquiry “will examine all aspects related to the incident and ensure that justice is served.”
According to an order issued by the Home Department, the District Magistrate of Ganderbal has been asked to conduct the inquiry and submit a detailed report within seven days.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The probe aims to ascertain the facts and circumstances surrounding the death of Raashid Ahmad Mughal, a resident of Chuntwaliwar Lar, Ganderbal.(KNS).
