LG Sinha hails 'civilizational awakening' under Modi government at UP temple event

 Deoria (UP), Feb 20 (KNS) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday asserted that India is not just witnessing economic growth but a full-fledged "civilizational awakening," as he attended the Mahayagya and Prana-Pratishtha ceremony at the Shri Lakshminarayan Temple in Bankatashiv.

 
Addressing a public gathering, the LG offered a threefold national resolution, calling for India to be transformed into the world’s preeminent nation, the most formidable global power, and the ultimate sanctuary of knowledge and intellectual wealth.
 
"The sacred ceremony marks a civilizational revival, revitalizing timeless values and sharing them across society," Sinha said, emphasizing that the devotion which preserved culture through adversity must now drive the new generation.

Sinha described the current era as one where fresh energy surges in all directions of progress, accompanied by a renaissance of spiritual and cultural consciousness. He expressed confidence that the newly consecrated temple would inspire the youth to connect with their glorious past while engaging with the transformative present.
 
Envisioning India's future, the LG asserted that by 2047, the nation will not only be a developed economy but also "spiritually enriched, culturally self-assured, and fully awakened to its true identity."
