Jammu, Feb 10 (KNS): The Lieutenant Governor’s Sainik Sahayta Kendra (LGSSK) has strengthened support for serving soldiers and their families by resolving multiple grievances through proactive intervention and coordination with relevant authorities.

According to officials, LGSSK addressed a martyr’s emoluments plea with sensitivity, ensuring prompt settlement by liaising with concerned departments. The Kendra also facilitated the issuance of a migrant certificate for a serving soldier following a representation through his Commanding Officer, prioritising the matter for timely resolution.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

In another instance, LGSSK took up a request from a serving Agniveer concerning his father’s medical emergency. Coordination with inter-state health authorities enabled treatment at a government facility within two days.

The Kendra, a key initiative of the Lieutenant Governor’s office, is aimed at the welfare of serving personnel of the Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), ensuring prompt, outcome-oriented support to soldiers and their families.(KNS).
