Srinagar, Nov 23 (KNS): Chief of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), Mehmood Shah on Wednesday paid tributes to the slain militant, Rayees Ahmed Dar who was killed in an encounter at Kakpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
LeT chief also paid tributes to the two slain militants who were killed in Hajin encounter that raged between forces and militants on Tuesday.
In a statement issued to KNS, he said, “Indian designs will never succeed. Pure blood of martyrs is glaring example of successful struggle of freedom. Educated, mature and brave youth like Rayees are leading the freedom struggle.”
He said that “these young Mujahideen are firsthand witness to Indian terror reign in the valley. Fourth generation of Kashmiri youth is writing history of struggle under seven decades of occupation with unprecedented bravery, skill and dignity.”
Shah also said that “its 4th month of continuous state oppression, where hundreds killed, thousands injured and maimed and hundreds are blinded but not a single Kashmiri committed suicide, on the contrary 60 people have committed suicide in India due to demonetization in merely one week.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
He said, “Kashmiris are peacefully resisting the occupation, imagine what would happen if they decide to pick up guns.”
Shah paid tribute to the people of Hajin for their ‘glorious unarmed resistance to the Indian army’.
“It is writing on the wall for India to read carefully. It is upon India to decide if they ought to return from Kashmir with heavy losses and empty hands or show some sense and evacuate, when they can peacefully. It is decided, Victory is ours, you have to embrace a humiliating defeat,” Shah said. (KNS)
