Srinagar, Aug 06 (KNS): Militant outfit Laskhkar-e-Toiba Saturday has expressed its “grave concern” over the ongoing situation in Kashmir, saying that the outfit is well aware of the difficulties facing the people of the Kashmir.
In an emailed statement to KNS, LeT spokesman Dr Abdullah Ghaznavi, quoting the outfit chief, Mehmood Shah, said that “martyrdom of youth, blinding of children, arrests, curfew and shortage in food are for achieving aim of freedom.”
“Allah only helps those people who remain steadfast. We should not show weakness, but be strong and help each other. World has condemned India’s atrocities on Kashmiri people,” the LeT chief said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Shah said: “We ask the policemen and informers to desist from their activities. It will be good for them and their families. We condemn the police action on people in Chee village in Khanabal. We have appealed people to help us in identifying policemen who do such acts and boycott them socially, but some collaborators come into the way.”
“Towseef Mir’s name has been enlisted among oppressors. Whosoever oppresses our mothers and daughters will be dealt with strictly,” he added. (KNS)
