Bandipora June 12: (KNS)   As per National Plan of Action 2021, District Legal Services Authority Bandipora in collaboration with Education Department Bandipora organized Awareness programme on World Population Day today on 12-07-2021. Three programmes were conducted at various far-flung schools namely Govt. Middle School Authwatoo, Govt. Higher secondary school Asham Sonawari and Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Dawar Gurez. 

The programme was inaugurated by Honble Ms. Fariqa Nazir Secretary/Sub-Judge District Legal Services Authority Bandipora.

 

 The Honble Secretary participated in Govt. Middle School Authwatoo. She highlighted the difficulties created by the over population which is the cause of increasing new pandemics like corona virus. In this programme JLA of DLSA Bandipora made students aware regarding the impact of over population on ecosystem. The second programme was conducted by DLSA Bandipora, Advocate Abid Hussain Malla resource person appointed by this authority. In Third programme Mohammad Younis Lone (Principal) Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School Dawar Gurez resource persons also highlighted the importance of the day. Para Legal Volunteers, Students, Teachers, Staff members of DLSA Bandipora participated.(KNS)
