Srinagar, Jun 26 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Youth Alliance on Wednesday urged the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, to direct the investigating agencies in the state to launch a crusade against corruption.
In a statement issued to KNS, JKYA spokesperson Sana’a Bhat said that it organized a open mike session on “Youth In Fight Against Corruption” here.
“Students from different colleges and Kashmir University attended the one day session,” the spokesman added.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
She said that the participants spoke about the prevailing corruption in the system and urged the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, to take a note of the issues which are eating up the system.
“The session ended with youth appealing to Shah to nail the corrupt elements,” including mainstream leaders who have amazed huge wealth through corrupt means the spokesman said. (KNS)
