Srinagar, Jun 17 (KNS): The land alienation case for land measuring one Kanal and one Marla along with double storied residential house falling under survey number 439 at Sanatnagar, Baghat-e-Barzulla Tehsil Chanapora is under process for grant of permission under section 3 of J&K, migrant immovable preservation protection and retrained on distress sales act.
The said land or residential structure is proposed to be sold in favour of Dr Hira lal Dhar S/o Shyam Lal Dhar resident of Sanatnagar, Baghat-e-Barzulla Srinagar through Moti Lal Nehru S/o Pandit Bishember Nath Nehru resident of Gagribal Srinagar (Attorney holder) of the above quoted migrant property.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
