Srinagar, Jan 02 (KNS): Kashmir News Service (KNS) has sent a reply to the legal notice sent to it by the former BJP MLA Gagan Bhagat regarding a statement of BJP leader Ashok Koul against him without agreeing to Bhagat’s demand for refuting the Koul’s statement.
The BJP’s State General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul in a statement to Kashmir News Service (KNS) had said that Gagan Bhagat has no right to file suit against dissolution of Assembly as he (Gagan Bhagat), Koul said, was involved in a sex scandal. The Kashmir News Service (KNS) has reserved an audio clipping showing Ashok Koul leveling allegations of involvement in a sex scandal against Gagan Bhagat. The KNS has refused to refute the statement of Koul and sent a reply accordingly to Gagan Bhagat in response to his legal notice through Advocate Aamir Masoodi. (KNS)
