SRINAGAR March 27:(KNS) Condemning the killing of SPO Ishfaq Ahmad and his brother Umar Jan in Chadabugh area of Soibugh in Central Kashmir's Budgam district yesterday, CPI(M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has termed the incident as heinous, barbaric and demanded that perpetrators should be identified and brought to book. It has sent shock waves into the whole region and everyone is pained and grieved.
