Srinagar, August 05 (KNS): Expressing deep grief over the loss of civilian lives due to hitting by Army vehicle in north Kashmir's Langate, the Democratic Freedom Party Chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah has expressed sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved families and has demanded legal action against the Army personnel involved.
In a statement issued to KNS , Shah said Indian forces “on one hand are massacring our people” and on the other are exhibiting utmost carelessness on roads by playing with lives of common people.
“The presence of more than eight lakh forces is the prime threat to the lives of Kashmiris.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelFirst it is bullets which are pumped into chests of our youth, now even their vehicles don't spare our people," he said.
Shah reiterated that the position of Indian forces in Jammu and Kashmir is that of an usurper and occupier who are being provided free license to shed blood of innocent people of Kashmir He also termed the protests by people over the incident as justified and severely condemned the police action of firing tear gas on innocent protesters terming it "murderous act."
