Srinagar, Oct 14 (KNS): As Chairperson of Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances (AFAD), Khurram Parvez completes his one month detention, Argentina’s Linea Fundadora, a member organization with International Coalition Against Enforced Disappearance on Friday pitched for the immediate and unconditional release of Khurram Parvez.
In a statement issued to KNS, said that mothers carrying placards displaying AFAD chairperson Khurram Parvez demanded for his immediate release and called for end to the harassment of human rights defenders in Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The Mother of Plaza De Mayo is an association of Argentine Mothers whose children were disappeared during the military dictatorship in Argentina between 1976 & 1983. Since 1977, these mothers have been meeting in large city square in Buenos Aires demanding truth and justice for the disappeared. (KNS)
