Srinagar, Apr 11 (KNS): Congress leaders, Mushtaq Ahmad Khanday and Kadfeen Chowdhary on Wednesday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of civilian many civilians killed at Khudwani in the backdrop of encounter at Khudwani today.
