Srinagar, Jan 25 (KNS): General Mohammad Moosa, the president, Tehreek-i-Kashmir Monday said, ”When majority of the Indian Population is celebrating their Republic Day, the entire population of world’s paradise is subjected to search operations, arrests, detentions and tortures and such acts itself depict the idol democracy has not yet touched this land”
Moosa said that Kashmiri people too should be allowed to taste the luxuries of Democracy and Independence, but this birth right has been snatched from them by the ugly hands oppressors. Moosa added that this is the only state in South Asian Region where the entire population is caged against their will and wishes.
, General Mohammad Moosa, the president Tehreek-i-Kashmir said, that this the only Nation which is deprived of their basic rights of leading their lives independently nor are allowed to exercise their rights. He said that the people of this Nation have raised their voice for granting them their right of self determination which has been promised to them by United Nations 69 years ago. The voices are silenced either by opening the mouth of guns or by putting them in jails.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMoosa added that Indian government is unsuccessfully trying to silence the voices for liberation by subjecting the people to third degree tortures in jails and interrogation centers, but this is not going to silence the voice for right of self determination, but will strengthen the will of people to achieve their goal.
Moosa said, if Indian Nation is celebrating their democracy today, they should at-least respect the sanctity of this democracy by allowing kashmiri people to exercise their right of self determination. He said this is “Our Birth Right, which has been endorsed by international community and India cannot deprive us from it” and added” If India allows this right to Kashmiri people, it will be contributing to a prosperous and peaceful world”
General Moosa, demanded the immediate release of all the prisoners languishing in different Indian and J & K jails for raising their voices for justice. He said India should henceforth stop inhuman acts like pellet gun and other atrocious methods so that the lives of our youngsters are safe guarded. (KNS)
