Kashmir witnesses large-scale improvement for past three years, says LG Sinha

Srinagar, Aug 05 (KNS): On eve the 3rd anniversary of abrogation of Article 370, Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday  said that  the jammu and Kashmir has seen massive improvement over the past three years. 


He termed establishing trust among people across the country as the biggest reward, for this reason, more than one crore and ten Lakh tourists were recorded in Jammu and Kashmir in the last seven months. 

"There is a complete peace and Jammu and Kashmir is moving fast towards development and because of the Prime Minister, Jammu and Kashmir is becoming a naya Kashmir," he said while speaking to reporters here at Srinagar. 

Meanwhile, the LG also inaugurated 150-bedded Ujala Cygnus Kashmir Superspeciality Hospital in Nowgam earlier today.  

"Equipped with all the advanced medical facilities, the new state-of-the-art Hospital will strengthen government’s efforts of ensuring quality healthcare services to the people of J&K," he said.(KNS)
