Tarigami made these remarks while speaking at a public meeting titled “Statehood Now” organised by the Forum for Human Rights in Jammu and Kashmir at the Deputy Speaker’s Hall, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. The event focused on the demand for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir’s full statehood.
