Srinagar July 08:(KNS)  At Darbar Hall of Lalit Grand   Gupkaar in series of interactive sessions which are presently in progress Delimitation Commission which was earlier functioning under Jammu Kashmir Constitution is now operating under Constitution of India. Accordingly it has assumed much wider powers and efficacy.

Kashmir Society international headed by Khawaja Farooq Renzushah was invited to make its valuable suggestions

All main and  district bodies of Regional political parties called on the Commission and pleaded for their own party demands but Kashmir Society international was one among few special non-political organization which was fortunate to get adequate time  to discuss most vital points pertaining to Kashmir .

At Historic Darbar Hall Lalit Grand immediately after various non-political Sikh bodies, Kashmiri pandit bodies, Shia bodies, Pahari and Gujar bodies, it was Kashmir society international which made its presentations before the commission for 48 minutes.

Renzushah while leading the Five member team pointed out facts how majority voices remained under suppression because of subjugation of 24 seats under adverse occupation in conspiracies with local politicians of Kashmir as it  suited them to exploit this abnormal democratic fracture caused by them  to get their persons elected in local assemblies by hook or crook since 1947 muzzling true voices of love and communal unity in Kashmir .These political gangs without bothering for these 24 seats or demanding filling of these seats even forcefully gate crashed Assembly in all fake elections since 1947 sometimes unopposed and sometime reversing results forcing adversaries to resort to violence which has always proved oxygen and blood supply for being permanent fixtures in local Assemblies.

Renzushah while elaborating ethnic character of Baltistan, Silk Route area unfortunately being called CPEC, Hunza, Durand line Bordering Afghanistan, Population on Khanjreeb pass bordering Kashgar, Gilgat, Askardu, Wadi e Neelam, Bhimber Bagh, and all other districts covered under 24 Reservation seats, pointed out how majority of them are  either Hanafi Sufi or Shia ethnic groups. In consequence the radical gangs suppressed their majority voices in these severed part of Kashmir for which 24 seats are reserved without taking any step to use this constitutional right to amplify the sufferings of this suppressed ethnic ideologies which believes in live and unity as well as communal Harmony.

Renzushah pointed out that this part of Kashmir which had joined its fate with India was also not allowed to follow true character of communal and ethnic harmony. He said muscle and gang power was adhered by local politicians with leftist dominance to muzzle majority traditions and ideologies of love and unity.

Renzushah brought in notice of Commission that  crises created from Abnormal division as a result of tribal raid in 1947  and half-hearted steps taken by local  leadership of the time which  allowed major portion comprising of 24 seats  to remain out of administrative and constitutional control  adversely effected ethnic majority of  Kashmir.

Renzushah acknowledged that It was   saner, rational and true democratic step on part of Indian parliament to reserve these 24 seats but keeping them un filled has itself made our constitutional stand week with regard to such seats. He said that non-use of these 24 seats had reduced the majority voice of Sufi Hanafi Aitqaad as well as Shia communities the major portion of which has been left behind in 1947 to negligible levels.

He emphasised that when it is democratic right of Hindu Migrants of 1947 to be represented in Assembly through present  Delimitation process ,When it is right of SC ST of Jammu to get 11 seats reserved, When Sikh communities Deserve reserved seats ,When Gujars Bakerwals, Paharies, Dogra's, Kashmiri pandit concerns are being addressed in most genuine manner, the democratic interests of Majority of Kashmiri Hanafi Sufi & Shia Communities can remain protected and honoured only when Delimitation allows filling of 24 Seats of this majority to be filled  instantly. He said that utilisation of these 24 seats  will also remove apprehensions of majority of Kashmiri as created by local politicians that Delimitation will reduce Kashmiri majority in to minority. Renzushah underscored need for restoring suppressed confidence of people of Kashmir which has been severely damaged by local politicians during last 70 years for their own power interests. Delimitation should take bold steps to recommend to parliament about filling of 24 Reserved POK seats which will itself strengthen Stand of India that entire territory along entire majority belongs to India. Let all those local leaders also fill their forms for such reserved seats who had used double language with regard to this issue so far .He said it is critical time for people of Kashmir and only Delimitation can protect our identities. He reminded Indian parliament where it’s in record recently in voice vote that Identity of Kashmir is Hazrat Bulbulshah, Identity of Kashmir is Shykh Nund Reshi and identity of Kashmir is Shah Hamdan. He said it is now responsibility of Delimitation Commission to work on these lines He hoped that coming parliament Election 2023/2024 and local Assembly Election shall be held together under new Delimitation declaration along filling up of all 24 Pok seats.

The five member High Level Team including Jenab A. R. Shah President of group of trade unions, Javid Tota Iconic Hanafi ideologue, Khanyari sahib Presiding Trade & Commerce, Jenab Haqani dynamic Social Activist of Shahr e khass called on Delimitation Commission to appraise them about need to ensure full representation of all 114 seats in next Assembly.(KNS)
