Srinagar, Apr 16 (KNS): A complete shutdown is being observed in Kashmir on Sunday against the killing of a youth in Batamaloo area of Srinagar on Saturday evening.
The shutdown call was given by the joint resistance leadership including the Hurriyat (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani, Hurriyat (M) chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and JKLF chief, Muhammad Yasin Malik in their joint statement.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
All the shops, business establishments and other commercial establishments are closed in the Kashmir valley while the Public transport is also off the roads.
Reports of shutdown were also received from other district headquarters of the valley. (KNS)
