KUPWARA, MAY 09 (KNS): Keeping in view the spike in the number of COVID-19 cases and to ensure sampling/ testing of all incoming travellers, the Karnah Administration today ordered certain restrictions on the movement of incoming traffic in the border subdivision. 

According to the order, daily incoming traffic from Chowkibal towards Tangdar on CTC road shall ply from 9 AM to 6 PM only and no incoming vehicular traffic shall be allowed beyond the cut off timings/Nighttime. However, medical and emergency staff vehicles shall be exempted from these restrictions.

The RAT testing teams stationed at Baghballa have been directed to ensure sampling/ testing of all incoming travellers.

The general public has been asked to strictly adhere to the traffic timing and unnecessary calls for vehicular movement beyond cut-off timing shall not be solicited.(KNS)
