Srinagar, April 16 (KNS): DDC Member Khimber Kaiser Ganei with a heavy heart, expressed profound grief over the tragic incident in Gandbal, Batwara where a boat carrying passengers capsized, drowning many.
In a heartfelt statement, Khimber conveyed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, emphasizing the immense pain felt by the entire community in the wake of this tragedy.
Urging immediate action, Khimber called upon the authorities to provide ex-gratia relief to the nearest kin of the deceased, recognizing the urgent need for support during such difficult times.
