Ganderbal, April 30 (KNS): Tehsil administration on Thursday retrieved Kahcharai land, measuring 1 kanals during a anti-encroachment drive at Bardipardan area of Gund In central Kashmirs Ganderbal district.

Reports said a joint team of Revenue, including Tehsildar Gund Fareed U Din Khatana ,Pathwari halqa Sonamarg Sheikh Gh Hassan ,VLW Showkat launch the drive to remove encroachments on Kahcharai land at Bardipardan village and later handed over to panchayat in presence of BDC Chairperson Gund Molvi Mohd Rafiq.

Tehsildar Gund Fareed U Din Khatana told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the drive for removing encroachments would continue in the other encroached areas till the whole encroached land is retrieved.

He has advised the people particularly those residing along the highway, to remove encroachments on their own otherwise strict action would be initiated against them.(KNS)
