Srinagar, Jan 29 (KNS): Congress leader Kadfeen Chowdhary has expressed anguish over the maltreatment meted out to Seasonal Education Volunteer Teachers on the part of Govt, emphasizing the Governor Administration to regularize their services.
This was disclosed by Kadfeen Chowdhary while interacting with a delegation of Seasonal Education Volunteer Teachers in Srinagar, who were seeking regularization of the services since a long time, but nothing seems to have been done by the authorities concerned in this direction,
He said Governor Administration must take effective measures to address the concerns of these teachers, as they have been rendering their best services on seasonal basis to the Education Department that too on a very meager pay of Rs.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel4000 per month, which is not even sufficient to sustain a two member family.
He asked the Governor Administration to address the grievances of the seasonal teachers ensuring their permanent absorption in Government services, he added and assured the (Teachers) that Congress Party under the leadership of JKPCC President G.A. Mir will take effective measures to get their issue resolved, on priority basis. (KNS)
