Srinagar, Aug 06 (KNS): Demanding dismissal of writ petition against scrapping of Art 35 A, Congress Leader Kadfeen Chowdhary today said that those dreaming of harming the special status of J&K are living in fool's paradise, as that, Art 35 A is a permanent Law incorporated in the Constitution of India through President's order.
In a statement issued to KNS, Chowdhary while commenting on the procedural deferment of Petiton on Art 35 A in Supreme Court, Chowdhary emphasized the Centre Govt to respect the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir and submit counter Affidavit in Supreme Court seeking dismissal of the writ petition.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Adding that Art 35 A is a unique binding between State and Union of India, he said fiddling with the Article is fraught with serious consequences. (KNS)
