Srinagar, Nov 23 (KNS): In solidarity with journalists, Srinagar Municipal Corporation Mayor, Junaid Azim Mattu on Tuesday donated blood at Kashmir Press Club during a blood donation camp organised by journalist in memory of their colleagues.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Mattu said that today he visited KPC in Srinagar and donated blood as friends in media honoured their colleagues who passed in the recent years.

“Visited the Kashmir Press Club in Srinagar today and donated blood as our friends in the media fraternity honoured the memory of their colleagues who passed away in recent years,” he Tweeted.

Notably, on Tuesday journalists had organised a blood donation camp at KPC in memory of their colleagues who lost their lives in the line of duty. (KNS)
