Srinagar, May 13 (KNS): Patron Jammu and Kashmir people's Movement (JKPM) Javaid Mustafa Mir has strongly condemned the shameful incident of rape of a minor girl in Sumbal, Bandipora and has demanded stern punishment to the culprit.

In a statement issued to KNS, Javaid Mustafa has demanded a time bound inquiry in to the incident adding that Governor S P Malik should order fast track judicial proceedings against the heinous crime so that the culprit is given exemplary punishment. Javaid Mustafa Mir also condoled demise of Ex MLA, Haveili Pooch, Bashir Naaz.
