Srinagar, April 23 (KNS):The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) has extended its support to the bandh call issued by religious and social leaders in protest against the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.
In a statement posted on social media platform X, the party said the move comes on the instruction of its president.
“On the instruction of the Party President, JKNC joins the collective call for a bandh in strong condemnation of the Pahalgam terror attack. We appeal to the people of J&K to ensure the hartal called by religious and social leaders is a complete success,” the party stated.

Security has been tightened across key areas in Jammu and Kashmir to prevent any untoward incident, with authorities keeping a close watch on the situation.
