Baramulla, Sep 27 (KNS): Dr. Sajjad Shafi Uri elected as District President Baramulla by Jammu and National Conference.

The process of election was held at Dakbanglow Baramulla under the supervision of central observers transparently conducted in presence of JKNC party leaders Sakina Itoo, Javed Dar, Gh Hussan Rahi, Neelofar Masood, Farooq Shah and others.

Dr Sajjad Shafi Uri said I am obliged by the party decision for entrusting a mammoth responsibility upon me and whole heartedly thank them for electing me as president JKNC District Baramulla.

I truly Feel elated that none of the party leader fill form against my candidature and with hand folded thanks to all those party cadres who made this event successful.

I am certain that all heads of Seven constituencies will guide me in strengthening District Baramulla, I am equally mindful that district Baramulla is such a huge district and the responsibility will be challenging, I bid my farewell to outgoing District president Javid Ahmed Dar and congratulate him for his new assignment as JKNC president North Kashmir  I assure every party worker, there pride, dignity, honour, trust will always be upheld, together we will make a history God willingly.
