Srinagar , Feb 01 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) in a statement issued to Kashmir News Service here has expressed deep concern over the deteriorating health and ill treatment meted out with the jailed President Kashmir Bar Association Mian Abdul Qayoon Advocate in Agra Central Jail.
While condemning the inhuman and undemocratic attitude of officials of the department of prisons of India who along with other Indian institutions on the directions of the government of India let loose a reign of terror against pro-freedom people of Jammu Kashmir. State terrorism, 5th August aggression and Indian judicial terrorism has until now failed to subdue Kashmiri people, spokesman said. Rafiq Dar emphasized that Indian government by the use of force want to impose graveyard like silence in the State.

Rafiq Dar further stated that like advocate Mian Abdul Qayoom there are thousands of old aged and health wise weak people languishing in and outside State jails who face the wrath of jail officials and are deprived of basic human rights. JKLF Spokesman while condemning this undemocratic and inhuman attitude of Indian government has appealed international community to take notice of the situation. Rafiq Dar said that we pray for the wellbeing and safety of all such incarcerated Kashmiri pro-freedom people who render their utmost sacrifices for the ultimate freedom of their motherland. (KNS)
