Jammu Kashmir liberation front (JKLF) has strongly condemned the implementation of yet another PSA on younger brother of JKLF founder father of Kashmiri nation Muhammad Maqbool Butt who has been slapped with 5th PSA in a row and has been lodged at Kupwara jail.
