Srinagar, Jan 08 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Joint Coordination Committee of Private Schools Tuesday hailed students for qualifying the 12th standard annual examination.
JKJCCPS President Showkat Chowdhary while expressing satisfaction over the results of the government schools hailed the hard work of the students especially girls who have claimed top positions in the science, arts, commerce and home science streams.
Chowdhary said providing quality education to the students is a must and a noble cause on which the future of the state depends.

JKJCCPS also wished best careers ahead for the successful students.
JKJCCPS also hailed the efforts of the Education department for improving the education in the Valley which has helped government run schools claim positions at higher secondary level.
JKJCCPS said the successful students mostly prefer colleges outside the state for professional degrees which is a matter of concern.
"We wish government comes up with a good policy for local investors so that they can set up private colleges here and offer them equal opportunities to study the professional degrees at home." (KNS)
