Srinagar, May 18 (KNS): J&K Joint Coordination Committee of Pvt Schools Thursday called Finance Minister Syed Altaf Bukhari and congratulated him on taking over as Finance Ministry of the State.
The JKJCCPS delegation was led by its President Showkat M Chowdhary who was accompanied by office bearers.
During the meeting, JKJCCPS hailed finance minister for his roles as education minister and hoped that his leadership would also take economy of the state to newer heights.

President also apprised Finance Minister that large number of students take admissions outside the state colleges and even move abroad for studies and spend lakhs of the rupees for their professional degree courses.
JKJCCPS President said local investors should be encouraged with good policies for setting up these professional colleges here so that large amount of money spent outside the state can be drained back and help state economy.
The minister gave the patient hearing to the delegation and assured the Coordination Committee of all the support for making education system better. (KNS)
