Srinagar 02 August (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Hotel and Restaurant Association(JKHARA) President Showkat Chowdhary has lauded Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation (JKTDC) for achieving another milestone on the launch of Floating restaurant in Dal lake at SKICC Srinagar Nestled on the foothills of the Zabarwan Range of the Himalayas, the lake offers some breath-taking views and draws visitors from all over the world.
Apart from shikara ride and houseboat stay, tourists will therefore, take an instant liking to a relatively new concept the floating restaurant.
Appreciating Nisar Ahmad Wani MD JKTDC and his team, for equipping this restaurant with all kinds of hi-tech modern gadgetry including safety gear like rescue boats, ambulance, two washrooms and a scientifically managed kitchen to provide hygienically prepared food and beverages.
