Srinagar, Jun 04 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has expressed sympathy and solidarity with the families whose kin have been martyred in so called Tangdar gunfight and were dubbed as foreign infiltrators by Indian forces and buried somewhere in north Kashmir.
JKDFP has stressed upon authorities to identify the bodies of martyrs as soon as possible so that the concerned family’s troubles are minimized to some level. The party expressed anguish over dubbing of local youth as foreign infiltrators by Indian army.
In a statement issued to KNS, party spokesperson said that the party has always raised doubt about those killed around the LoC and dubbed as foreign infiltrators.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Pertinently, Tangdar gunfight happened on May 25 and Indian forces claimed they killed five foreign infiltrators. The deceased were later buried in south Kashmir.
Now after around ten days, two families in south Kashmir have claimed that the deceased include their kin. The families hail from Parigam village of Kulgam district and Lajoora village of Pulwama district.
JKDFP spokespersons said that Indian forces are on a killing spree and can kill anybody, anywhere in the garb of militancy, infiltration etc. It is the duty of human rights forums to keep a close vigil on the gunfights especially taking place around the LoC. (KNS)
