Srinagar, May 01 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Awami Awaaz Party president Suhail Ahmad Khan and vice-president Mehran Reshi extended warm greeting to the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid- Ul-Fitr.

Party president in his message hoped that Eid ul Fitr will bring peace and prosperity and would promote communal harmony and brotherhood in the Union Territory.

“On the auspicious occasion of Eid Ul Fitr, I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to people. May this Eid bring happiness and countless blessings to us, I wish Eid Mubarak to all,” he said in his message.

Party vice president while greeting the people said the spirit behind the observance of Eid ul Fitr, which marks the end of month-long fasting, is to thank Allah for having given the will, the strength and the endurance to observe fast and obey his commandment during the holy month of Ramadan.

“On the auspicious occasion of Eid we are also required to care for needy and make them part of the happiness by extending financial support to them. I wish Eid Mubarak to all.” (KNS)
