Srinagar, Jan 14 (KNS): JK tourism is aggressively campaigning to woo tourists to this Himalayan paradise by showcasing the diverse tourism products and services of the State.
The secretary Tourism and floriculture Farooq A shah while leading the campaign in Lukhnow today presented the unique and rich potential of Jammu Kashmir in pilgrim tourism shrines and other products like cuisine craft and adventure, the secretary said that Jammu Kashmir is as diverse as the country and has everything to establish itself as the worlds one of the best round the year tourism destination.
The secretary while interacting with the media fraternity, travel trade and prominent citizens of the Lukhnow urged the visitors to come and enjoy the abundance of natures best craft in Kashmir particularly focusing on the prevailing winter season which is abuzz with winter tourism activities like snow festivals in Gulmarg and Pahalgam.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He addressed the gathering and mentioned about the love of Lukhnow people for food and heritage which Jammu Kashmir has in abundance.
The Secretary shared with the audience about the infrastructure development plans and projects which the State and GoI is working to make Jammu Kashmir one of the world’s best tourist destination which he said was the dream of late CM Mufti Mohd Syed.
