Srinagar March 08:(KNS) Jammu and Kashmir Thang-Ta championship 2020-21 was organized on Monday at indoor stadium srinagar. 

The Thang-Ta Championship Concluded at Multipurpose Indoor Sports Hall, Polo Ground, Srinagar. In the event more than 472 players and 54 officials participated. The championship was Organized by J&K Thang-Ta Association and was sponsored by J&K Sports Council. Mr. Fiza Nazir & Mujahid Mushtaq was declared as champion of Champions Woman's and Champion of Champions Men's. In the Junior category Adnan Hamid from Kupwara bagged the Gold medal.

On the concluding Ceremony Mr. Mehmood shah Director Handicrafts and Handloom was honoured as Chief Guest whereas, Ms. Nuzhat Ara Divisional Sports Officer, Kashmir was Guest of honour and they distributed prizes among winners.

Hazik khan & Kishaf silver bagged silver in sub junior category, whileas, Noman Altaf from tangdhar karnah and Shoaib shabir bagged bronze medal Raja Saqib sub junior bronze.(KNS)
