Srinagar, Apr 24 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Insaf Party on Monday held a meeting at Srinagar under the presidentship of the party chairman, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar.
The meeting according to the statement issued to KNS was attended by the party members.
Discussion over the political situation regarding the ongoing freedom struggle took place.
“Kashmir issue is a human and political issue. It stands the responsibility of UN and the world community to resolve the issue according to the aspirations of the people,” the statement reads.
The statement reads that the boycott in the recently held by-elections, despite ‘atrocities by the India’ has resulted in the ethical and political victory of Kashmiris.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The statement reads that in the meeting, tributes were paid to the patience of the incarcerated leaders including Masarat Aalam Bhat, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, Dr Shafi Sharyati, Dr Qasim Faktoo, Ghulam Qadir Bhat, Muhammad Yousuf Mir, Ameer Hamza, Muhammad Rafiq Bhat, Muhammad Ramzan Bhat, Muhammad Yousuf Falahi, Muzaffar Ahmad Dar and others.
