Apni Party holds a workers' convention at Nowbugh in Chadoora constituency

Srinagar, March 9 (KNS) : Apni Party Vice President and former minister Javaid Mustafa Mir on Thursday urged party workers to enhance their political activities and public outreach in order to connect with the masses at the grassroots level in their respective areas. He was addressing a largely attended workers convention at Nowbugh area of Chadoora constituency in central Kashmir’s Budgam district today, a press note said. Mir was given a warm welcome by the people and party cadre at the venue.


He stressed on workers to identify and highlight the public issues of their respective areas so that party leadership could bring these issues to the notice of concerned officials for the quick resolution of these issues. He said, “It is our duty to remain in touch with the common people to understand the public issues and grievances. People expect us to help them out in terms of getting their issues especially related to the developmental deficit and official inefficiency resolved.”  

On this occasion, Apni Party Vice President promised that Apni Party, after getting mandated to form the Govt will leave no stone unturned to ensure speedy development across Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “If we get the mandate to serve the people, we will do everything to ensure the development of Jammu and Kashmir.”

He added, “Apni Party’s key agenda is to strive for the peace, prosperity, and development of J&K, and economic empowerment of its people. The economic empowerment will eventually pave the way for the political empowerment of the people as well.” (KNS)
